Donation to Vannie E. Cook Jr Clinic

The Lourdes D. Lifeline Foundation held the 1st Annual Lourdes D. Lifeline Foundation 10K/5K/1Mile Run in Rio Grande City, Texas on March 10, 2012, to raise funds for pediatric cancer awareness here in the Rio Grande Valley.  Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and community participation the Foundation was able to present a check in the amount of $3,000.00 to The Vannie E. Cook, Jr. Children’s Cancer and Hematology from funds raised directly from the event.  The Foundation’s goal is to support the clinic’s efforts to provide the best care and treatment to our local children who suffer from cancer.  Pictured left to right are Victoria A.
